TechForProgress is excited to be to volunteering for Netsquared's N2Y4 Conference in San Jose on May 26th and 27th.  The conference's tag line is "remixing the web for social change" but it really covers technology of all kinds.

The NetSquared Global Conference, held in San Jose California, is a two-day meeting that brings together the minds of unlikely allies from different professional fields including: leaders in philanthropy, corporate philanthropy, engineering, media and world-class innovators driving the development, distribution and use of social technologies for progressive change

TechForProgress and several other volunteers will be providing live coverage in the form of blogs, vlogs, and tweets.  So be sure to follow us:

NetSquared directly embodies the principles and goals TechForProgress represents and pursues, so we are incredibly honored and excited to be a part of it.

TechForProgress was helping out at the Left Forum at Pace University this past weekend. 

Left Forum brings together organizers and intellectuals from across the globe to share ideas for understanding and transforming the world. We organize events throughout the year, and our annual flagship conference that takes place each spring. Left Forum provides a context for the critical dialogue that is essential for a stronger Left and a more just society
